About The Position
Join our Award Winning team at Bay Shores Senior Care and Rehab Center! BRONZE National Quality Award Winners! Our Housekeeping & Laundry Aides perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all of our guests and residents. Will ensure cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices ensuring satisfaction is a top priority. This position is responsible for collecting and sorting soiled linen, loading and unloading washing machines, and folding clean linen. This position also counts the amount of linen processed each day, delivers clean laundry to assigned units, and cleans and sanitizes the work area, including machines, worktables, and sorting areas.

Responsibilities
- Attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors
- Assist with collecting, washing, drying, folding and redistributing laundry/linens
- May be assigned housekeeping projects outside on the facility grounds
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors.
