About The Position

National Star Services, a 28-year-old facility management company with nationwide services, is seeking Room Attendants and Kitchen Stewards for its Oak Brook, IL location. The company is looking for individuals to fill these roles, with specific responsibilities and schedules outlined for each. The pay rate for both positions is $18.00 per hour, with bi-weekly pay. Applicants must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess two valid forms of ID, have reliable transportation, and be available to start as soon as possible. Experience in housekeeping, room cleaning, kitchen sanitation, or related hospitality services is preferred. Requirements

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Experience with housekeeping, room cleaning, kitchen sanitation, or related hospitality services preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, and sinks.
Sweep and mop floors, and vacuum carpets.
Strip used bed linens, sanitize mattresses, and neatly make beds with fresh linens.
Refill empty dispensers with shampoo, lotion, and soap. Restock coffee, glasses, and minibar items.
Prepare and load cleaning carts with fresh towels, linens, and cleaning supplies at the start of each shift.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery by hand or using industrial dishwashers.
Scrub and sanitize food preparation surfaces, sinks, ovens, and grills to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Restock clean plates, utensils, and kitchen tools to ensure chefs have necessary supplies during busy shifts.
Remove trash and organize recycling bins.
Provide additional kitchen support as required by the Chef or Supervisor.
