About The Position

Part-Time We are seeking reliable Housekeepers to provide residential and commercial cleaning services in the Missoula area. This role offers consistent, detailed work in homes and small commercial properties, with clear checklists, quality standards, and scheduled assignments.

Requirements

Prior professional cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is preferred, but strong candidates without are welcome to apply.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high-quality results that support reliable service.
Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts and assignments.
Ability to use a smart phone for schedules, directions, and basic checklists, if required by assignment, to help stay organized and prepared.
Background Check and Drug Screen required upon offer of employment.

Responsibilities

Clean assigned residential and commercial properties. Including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and disinfecting surfaces.
Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, including sinks, counters appliances, showers, tubs and toilets, using approved cleaning products.
Follow written work orders and digital checklists for each job to ensure all required tasks are completed.
Empty trash and recycling and replace liners, consolidate waste in designated areas.
Safely operate basic cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor mops, and small machines as trained.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage to the supervisor or office promptly.
Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper chemical handling, PPE use, and lifting techniques.
