What a Typical Day Could Look Like As a Housekeeper, you are a vital part of helping our communities look their best! Because of your hard work, both current and future residents will always feel at home in a clean and inviting environment. You are the Champion of Community Cleanliness Uphold Kairoi standards of excellence by providing prompt and professional customer service with every interaction. Your daily routine will involve cleaning the office, clubhouse, common areas, public access areas, and model homes. You will help future residents feel welcomed by cleaning vacant apartment homes once the make-ready process has been completed. As you work through your routine, you will perform inspections of the tour path, grounds, and common areas notifying the service team of any maintenance issues or concerns. You will be asked to assist with other maintenance issues or community events as needed.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties.
  • A high school education or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • Willingness and desire to learn new skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning the office, clubhouse, common areas, public access areas, and model homes.
  • Cleaning vacant apartment homes once the make-ready process has been completed.
  • Performing inspections of the tour path, grounds, and common areas.
  • Notifying the service team of any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Assisting with other maintenance issues or community events as needed.
