Requirements

• At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties.
• A high school education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Willingness and desire to learn new skills.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Kairoi standards of excellence by providing prompt and professional customer service with every interaction.
• Clean the office, clubhouse, common areas, public access areas, and model homes.
• Help future residents feel welcomed by cleaning vacant apartment homes once the make-ready process has been completed.
• Perform inspections of the tour path, grounds, and common areas notifying the service team of any maintenance issues or concerns.
• Assist with other maintenance issues or community events as needed.
