Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• maintenance background, leadership and motivational skills.
• Working knowledge of most aspects of commercial and residential maintenance.
• Great customer service skills
• Candidates must be self motivated and service oriented.
• exemplary character and integrity be exhibited while carrying out the duties of this position.

Nice To Haves

• Commercial Housekeeping experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways, stairs, and clean office spaces
• Trash removal
• Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities.
• Cleaning apartments.
• Assist with apartment turnovers.
• Other duties as assigned
