About The Position
The Housekeeper cleans assigned resident rooms and common areas according to a daily task sheet and helps set up and break down the dining room to create a pleasant mealtime environment. The role also involves building meaningful relationships with elderly residents and providing attentive customer service at a comfortable, unhurried pace. Training is provided, and candidates may have housekeeping or hospitality experience or be new to the field, provided they bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Residency in the state where the community operates is a condition of employment. New hires must complete the screening process required by state regulations; employment offers are contingent on successful completion.
