About The Position
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and the common areas of the community. The pay rate is $17.05 per hour, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Work obligations are in two communities: 2800 W Montrose Ave and 5400 N Northwest Hwy. Responsibilities include general cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas. You will also assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins. Ensuring resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests is key. You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers is expected.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
