Berger Communities is hiring a Housekeeper for Lakeview, Rockledge Pointe, and Diamond Pointe Apartments, in Williamsport, PA! We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented to help keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming. In this role, you’ll be hands-on each day cleaning apartment homes, common areas, offices, amenities, and other areas throughout the property. Responsibilities

Clean apartment homes during the turnover and move-in preparation process
Clean common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairways, leasing offices, community rooms, fitness areas, restrooms, and other shared spaces
Sweep, scrub, mop, and vacuum floors
Clean carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, windows, walls, and woodwork
Dust and polish furniture, equipment, and window blinds
Disinfect fitness equipment and other frequently used surfaces
Collect and properly dispose of trash
Replace light bulbs and fixture components as needed
Use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely
Report property damage, missing items, or concerns to the Service Manager
Assist the maintenance team with apartment turnovers and other tasks as needed
