About The Position

At Ruby Hill Golf Club, we take pride in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. A clean, welcoming environment is a key part of that experience, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all clubhouse facilities, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and inviting environment for members, guests, and team members. This position plays an important role in upholding the high standards of excellence that Ruby Hill is known for.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, meeting rooms, and other clubhouse spaces.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas.
Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
Replenish restroom and housekeeping supplies as needed.
Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs promptly.
Follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines, including proper chemical handling.
Assist with special cleaning projects and event setup or breakdown as needed.
Work collaboratively with all departments to maintain a first-class member experience.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with members, guests, and fellow team members.
