Requirements
- Ability to safely use cleaning products and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
- Friendly, respectful, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, healthcare, senior living, or office setting is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean resident apartments and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and scrubbing according to community standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked housekeeping cart.
- Safely dispose of trash, waste, and contaminated materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Respect residents' privacy by knocking before entering and honoring their personal preferences regarding room arrangement and belongings.
- Respond to resident requests and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning products and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an exceptional living experience for residents.
