We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our Rooms Division team. This position plays an important role in ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are clean, comfortable, and prepared to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of guest rooms and assigned areas throughout the hotel. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards.
Make beds, replace linens, replenish amenities, and ensure guest rooms are properly prepared.
Perform detailed cleaning of bathrooms, guest areas, and assigned spaces.
Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and overall presentation.
Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and assigned back-of-house spaces.
Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests.
Respond to guest requests and communicate needs to leadership.
Maintain organized housekeeping carts, closets, and work areas.
Support deep cleaning projects and preventative cleanliness initiatives.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
