Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a residential, hospitality, or commercial setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, recreational rooms, and other shared spaces.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a pristine and hygienic environment.
  • Respond promptly to housekeeping requests or concerns reported by residents, guests, or management.
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in restrooms and other designated areas.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately, ensuring adherence to sustainability practices.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Property Manager.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when replenishment is needed.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
  • Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
