About The Position
Xanitos is a specialist in Ambulatory Cleaning Services, providing professional cleaning services for medical office buildings, clinics, and outpatient surgery centers. Xanitos aims to provide support as a comprehensive solution to ambulatory care by providing Safety, Quality, Compliance and Trust. This role is for a Part-Time On-Call Ambulatory Housekeeper in San Jose, CA. Immediate offers will be extended for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Rotational Weekend Availability
- Post-Offer Background Screening and Drug Test required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- Medical cleaning a plus
Responsibilities
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
- Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
- Dusts furniture and equipment.
- Polishes metalwork.
- Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empties wastebaskets.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.
