About The Position
The Housekeeper (Part-Time, On-Call) at San Francisco Post Acute is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. This role involves performing daily housekeeping duties, adhering to infection control and safety procedures, and providing excellent customer service to support resident comfort and well-being.
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Follow infection control, safety, and chemical handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting resident comfort and well-being.
