About The Position
The Aspenwood Company is seeking a compassionate, friendly, and meticulous individual to join our team at Village of Southampton, an Independent and Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community. This role involves cleaning occupied and empty apartments, performing laundry duties as assigned, and providing a high standard of cleanliness for our residents. We value individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy interacting with seniors. While housekeeping experience is preferred, it is not required as we offer training for the right candidates. A genuine desire to work with seniors and an understanding of behaviors associated with dementia and other aging processes are essential.
Requirements
- Must desire to work with seniors
- Must have a tolerance for behaviors associated with dementia and other aging processes
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends as needed
- Must pass a satisfactory background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Housekeeping experience preferred
