About The Position

Join MOLLY MAID of Surrounding Richmond for a stable, Monday–Friday career with no nights and no weekends. This is a commission-based W-2 position where you can earn up to $500+ per week once fully trained. We offer a $500 Retention Bonus Program to reward reliability and consistency during your first 90 days of employment, with payments of $100 after 30 days, $150 after 60 days, and $250 after 90 days. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. MOLLY MAID provides the company car and gas for all cleaning routes. Paid Time Off (PTO) is offered after your first year.

Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check (clean history required for entering private homes).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong attendance record.
• Have a reliable way to get to the office in Mechanicsville each morning.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for residential clients.
• Adhere to a consistent schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality for all scheduled workdays.
• Utilize company-provided vehicle and gas for all cleaning routes.
• Ensure a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
