About The Position

Responsible for ensuring all rooms, buildings and grounds are cleaned, organized and properly set up to support all the ministries and events at FBC that are inspiring people to follow Jesus.

Requirements

• Uphold Biblical priorities through a growing personal relationship with Jesus
• Become an active member of FB Concord or be an active member of a local like-minded bible teaching church
• Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church
• Encompass the qualities and characteristics of Concord staff members as outlined in our Staff Values
• Experience in janitorial function in large church or similar industrial environment
• Self-motivated, detail orientated, team player
• Able to carry, lift, push and pull up to 40lbs on a regular basis

Nice To Haves

• Experience in event set up/take down within a large church or event hosting organization

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and schedules for ensuring that all areas of campus are cleaned and prepared for the next ministry activity
• Follow established procedures to ensure the proper use, storage and disposal of all cleaning products and supplies
• Maintain an inventory system of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Adhere to an established daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedule
• Answer walkie calls for cleaning assistance in emergency situations
• Observe the campus with the intent to improve the appearance, smell and cleanliness of all areas
• Assist with daily/weekly/various set up and tear down for events on campus
• Other duties as needed and assigned by Director of Operations
