This role is vital in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff through the systematic execution of hotel cleaning protocols.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and a "guest-first" mindset.
Ability to work independently and follow a structured schedule.
Previous experience in hospitality or professional cleaning is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming, following the hotel’s established sanitation sequence.
Clean and disinfect all bathroom fixtures, surfaces, and floors; replenish towels and guest amenities to brand standards.
Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and lobby areas to ensure a positive first impression for arriving guests.
Monitor and restock housekeeping carts and storage closets; report any inventory shortages or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Conduct final room inspections to ensure all items (linens, electronics, climate control) are in perfect working order before guest arrival.
May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
