Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, and amenities.
• Cleaning and stocking the coffee station.
• Cleaning vacant and model units.
• Completing freshens in model and vacant ready homes.
• Performing other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.
• Maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance of the community.
• Communicating and collaborating well with maintenance and leasing teams.
• Helping out when needed without hesitation.
• Supporting the maintenance team as needed.
