About The Position
Allegro St. Augustine is seeking a Housekeeper for a full-time day shift position. This role offers a stable schedule with consistent daytime hours (8:30 AM – 5 PM), a smaller workload compared to high-volume hotels, and a friendly, team-oriented environment. Unlike hotel positions, this role involves getting to know the same residents and focuses on creating a clean, comfortable community. The work is meaningful, making a real difference in the lives of residents in a senior living environment.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a senior living environment
- Positive attitude and team mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience in housekeeping, hotel, or cleaning preferred (not required!)
Responsibilities
- Clean resident apartments (occupied & move-ins)
- Maintain hallways, common areas, and shared spaces
- Follow a simple daily/weekly cleaning schedule
- Keep housekeeping and laundry areas organized
- Report any maintenance or supply needs
