Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods in varied weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
  • Have a good attitude and participate as a member of the team.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) for most of the workday.
  • Required to exert physical effort in handling objects more or less than 30 pounds.
  • Required to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Be able to climb stairs and/or a stepladder up or over six feet in height.
  • Clarity of vision.

Nice To Haves

  • Cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deep clean and maintain clean restrooms up to company standards.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to remove all debris.
  • Discard all trash and recycling from all trash cans in the park.
  • Clean all hard surfaces to a quality sheen using appropriate cleaning chemicals.
  • Ensure the facility is always clean and well-stocked with cleaning supplies.
  • Report promptly any defects, scuffs, and fabric damage, including equipment and light bulbs, to the Head of Maintenance.
  • Maintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Adapt to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
