About The Position

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Housekeeper to clean resort property units while meeting quality and timeliness standards and following the company’s mission and values. The role includes cleaning guest units, reporting issues and inventory needs, completing guest-services cleans, and helping maintain organized storage areas. Housekeepers attend training, support a safe working environment, and help address guest complaints promptly. The position may also involve additional tasks assigned by MasterCorp Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks, and other unit areas.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to the Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest-services cleans as directed.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Attend training sessions and apply the training in practice.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Help resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Maintain urgency so units are turned over on time.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.
