About The Position

As a Housekeeper (Hotel) for Traditions Hospitality Group at West Bay Casino Resort, you will help provide guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license, if applicable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift or move heavy objects.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
Replace linens and towels as needed and ensure they are clean and presentable.
Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.
Restock guest room amenities and supplies, including toiletries and coffee.
Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report findings to the appropriate department.
Follow company policies and procedures for cleaning standards and guest privacy.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment.
Collaborate with housekeeping team members to complete tasks on time and maintain property cleanliness.
