About The Position
South Port Square is seeking a hospitality-driven professional to join their growing team as a Housekeeper. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of resident private apartment homes, common areas throughout the community, and the healthcare center. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to making a positive impact on residents' lives and contributing to a fulfilling senior living career.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Three to six months’ experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces.
- Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
- Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
