Requirements
- Understand and communicate in English
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching and use of cleaning chemicals.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.
- Change bed linens and vacuum room after housekeeper has cleaned the rest of the room.
- Notify maintenance of repairs needed in guest rooms.
- Complete the daily project
- Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Every room must be complete correctly and efficiently.
