Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, and coworkers
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn department systems as needed

Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, environmental services, hospitality, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and cleaning products preferred
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize fitness equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, studios, aquatic areas, and common spaces
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility to promote member safety and satisfaction
- Restock supplies including towels, paper products, cleaning materials, and other department inventory
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Follow infection prevention, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
- Identify maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns and communicate them appropriately
- Respond to facility needs in a timely and professional manner
- Support special cleaning projects and other department duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with Fitness Center staff to ensure a positive experience for members and guests
