About The Position

Weinstein Properties is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Housekeeper to join their team. This role is essential for keeping their apartment communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The company emphasizes investing in people and training talent from the ground up. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, stocking coffee stations, cleaning vacant and model units, and completing freshens in model and vacant ready homes. This is a physically demanding role requiring prolonged standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, and amenities.
• Cleaning and stocking the coffee station.
• Cleaning vacant and model units.
• Completing freshens in model and vacant ready homes.
• Performing other potentially unpleasant but necessary duties.
• Maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance of the community.
• Communicating and collaborating with maintenance and leasing teams.
• Supporting the maintenance team as needed.
