About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for the professional cleaning and maintenance of the property using facility-prescribed cleaning procedures, products, and equipment. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. The role also involves moving furniture for cleaning, assisting with laundry, replenishing supplies, identifying and reporting damages, creating maintenance tickets, and ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming. Additionally, the Housekeeper must attend mandatory meetings and adhere to housekeeping metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally clean and maintain property using facility-prescribed cleaning procedures, products, and equipment.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
  • Move reasonably portable furniture to clean underneath and behind.
  • Assist with laundry as needed.
  • Replenish consumable items such as toiletries and paper products.
  • Identify and report damages.
  • Create maintenance tickets as necessary.
  • Notify management of any concerns.
  • Ensure facility is clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Attend mandatory meetings.
  • Adhere to housekeeping metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
