About The Position
The Housekeeper is responsible for professionally cleaning and maintaining the property using facility-prescribed procedures, products, and equipment. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. The role also involves moving furniture for cleaning, assisting with laundry, replenishing supplies, identifying and reporting damages, and ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming. Additionally, the Housekeeper will attend mandatory meetings, adhere to housekeeping metrics, and perform other assigned duties.

Responsibilities
- Professionally clean and maintain property using facility-prescribed cleaning procedures, products, and equipment.

- Move reasonably portable furniture to clean underneath and behind.
- Assist with laundry as needed.
- Replenish consumable items such as toiletries and paper products.
- Identify and report damages.
- Create maintenance tickets as necessary.
- Notify management of any concerns.
- Ensure facility is clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Attend mandatory meetings.
- Adhere to housekeeping metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
