About The Position

Drury Hotels is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates. This role ensures exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests by performing various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards. The Housekeeper will visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed, assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested, and ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude. Requirements

Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
Ability to work independently (without direct supervision) and follow directions (verbal and written)
Positive, can-do attitude
Dedication to providing excellent customer service
Requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
