About The Position

Drury Hotels is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates. This role ensures exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests by performing various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards. The Housekeeper will visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed, assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested, and ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude. Drury Hotels is a family-owned and operated hotel system committed to world-class hospitality excellence, with over 6,100 team members working across 150 hotels in 30 states.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
  • Ability to work independently (without direct supervision) and follow directions (verbal and written)

  • Requires the ability to lift 25 – 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday.
