About The Position

Wayne Tower, located in Wayne, Michigan, is a senior apartment community seeking Housekeepers to join their team. National Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services, is looking for individuals who share their vision to advance better living and care for seniors. This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week.

Requirements

Qualified candidates for this position follow established cleaning schedule.
Cleans common areas of property, model apartments or vacant apartments designated as show units.
Duties may include emptying trash, dusting and vacuuming; polishing/cleaning furniture, cleaning fixtures, glass, window ledges, mopping floor areas.
Completes work orders and inspections appropriately per policy and procedure.
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with residents, co-workers, community leaders, owners, management, vendors, and service providers.
