About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Vitalia N Royalton. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that resident rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, contributing to a home-like environment. You will also manage the cleanliness of various areas within the facility, including the lobby and employee break room, ensuring everything is tidy and in its proper place.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
• Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Must be criminally cleared.

• Provide housekeeping services for residents to make each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
• Ensure each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place.
