About The Position

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team at Vitalia Westlake. In this role, you will be responsible for providing housekeeping services to residents, ensuring each room is a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of various areas within the facility, from the lobby to the employee break room, ensuring everything is in its place.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
• Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Must be criminally cleared.
