About The Position

Baptist Health & Rehab, a Cassia community, is hiring Housekeepers to join their team. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided. The role involves creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing routine cleaning throughout the facility. Attention to detail is important to ensure residents feel comfortable.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.

Nice To Haves

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred; we will train you!

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, day room and dining room, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal.
• Launder resident and facility clothing, including folding, labeling and distribution to resident rooms.
