About The Position

The Housekeeper cleans and maintains guest rooms, hotel equipment, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, carpets, furniture, and other public areas to provide a welcoming and spotless environment for guests. The role includes making beds, changing linens, restocking supplies, keeping the housekeeping cart stocked, and performing deep-cleaning and basic maintenance tasks such as replacing AC filters and touching up paint. Housekeepers also respond to guest requests, deliver requested items, provide friendly customer service, and help maintain a safe environment for guests, property, and teammates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and equipment.
• Clean lobbies, hallways, restrooms, carpets, furniture, and other public areas.
• Stock and maintain the housekeeping cart.
• Make beds, replace linens, and restock guest supplies.
• Perform deep-cleaning and basic upkeep, including replacing AC filters and touching up paint.
• Respond to guest requests and deliver items courteously.
• Provide friendly customer service to guests.
• Monitor sensitive areas and follow safe work practices to protect guests, property, and teammates.
