About The Position

The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning equipment, walls, floors and pipes, either by hand or using scrubbers and high-pressure cleaning equipment. In this role you will also sanitize, disassemble and re-assemble equipment, do general housekeeping.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience with operating a sit-down forklift
• The ability to work overtime and weekends
• All employees are responsible for the quality and food safety of all products produced in this facility.

Responsibilities

• Ability to safely operate floor scrubbers and high-pressure cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of safe chemical usage and transportation.
• Must comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMP’S, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), LOTO procedures, and foods safety programs established by Bay Valley Foods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
