About The Position
Bering Straits Development Company, a company within the BSNC family, is seeking a qualified part-time Housekeeper for the Aurora Inn in Nome, AK. This position is continuously posted to create a pool of qualified applicants for future openings. Hiring managers will provide periodic updates when an opening becomes available. Applicants will be contacted via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Math Skills
- Customer Service
- People Person
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Have acceptable background check results
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of OPERA preferred
Responsibilities
- Clean rooms/bathrooms
- Clean laundry room
- Keep hallways and stairways clear
- Ensure carts are fully stocked
