This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various areas of a facility, including bathrooms, kitchen/dining areas, living spaces, bedrooms, and the laundry room. Responsibilities
- Clean bathrooms including sinks, vanities, toilets, tubs, showers, floors, windows, and mirrors.
- Disinfect garbage cans and ensure liquid hand soap and paper towels are available in bathrooms.
- Report any observed mold.
- Load and unload the dishwasher, washing dishes as needed.
- Wash and disinfect countertops, sinks, and dining room tables.
- Wipe down appliances, stove doors, and exterior cabinets.
- Sweep and mop kitchen and dining room floors.
- Sweep and mop living room, sitting room, office, and hall floors as needed.
- Vacuum rugs in living room, sitting room, office, and halls.
- Straighten bedrooms.
- Put away laundry if a child has not completed it.
- Sweep or vacuum bedroom floors, or as needed if there is a rug.
- Ensure each bedroom has a lined waste basket.
- Make beds with required linens, including bed bug covers, fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases.
- Clean the laundry room, including the lint filter and emptying the garbage.
