About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR. This part-time role focuses on maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. You will be responsible for providing housekeeping services to make each room a home, as well as ensuring all common areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, are tidy and clean.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Professional in appearance and conduct.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
Must be criminally cleared.
