About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that resident rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, contributing to a high quality of life for our residents. This is a full-time position with a shift schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
• Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services for residents, making each room a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
• Ensure all areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, are tidy and clean, with everything in its place.
