About The Position
To perform a combination of tasks which maintains the hotel guest room in a clean and orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Customer service background.
Responsibilities
- Provides professional and courteous service at all times.
- Clean rooms upon request
- Handle and complete all guests’ requests immediately.
- Disinfect the entire bathroom including toilet, ensure the entire bathroom is free of hair
- Collects soiled linens for laundering, maintain linen supplies in appropriate locations
- Vacuum, mop, sweep guest room floor and hallways
- Maintain and keep a organized cart properly stocked and free of trash
- Clean all stay over’s, and checkout rooms in the allotted time for your property
- Remove all trash and place in dumpster, stock cart for the next person, empty vacuum daily
- Complete maintenance ticket for any items not working in the room or including safety concerns
- Insure the safety of our guest’s property assets; never open door for guest’s who forgot their key (redirect them back to the front desk)
