The MCR standard is to provide clean, friendly, well-organized and safe hotels for our guests. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. This role requires a "Can-Do Attitude" with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, the ability to follow guidelines and procedures, and the capacity to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations. Effective listening, conflict resolution, and clear communication skills are essential. The role also demands a strong desire to serve all guests and requires the employee to be 18 years of age or older. A varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is expected based on hotel demands. Employees must adhere to clock-in/out procedures for shifts and breaks and provide sufficient notice when calling out.
