About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a private residence in Palm Beach. This full-time position involves daily cleaning, deep cleaning on a rotating schedule, laundry and wardrobe care, running errands, and providing light support for household needs, including pet care. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, especially when caring for fine surfaces and delicate fabrics. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional work at a secondary residence.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role.
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques.
Experience caring for fine surfaces and delicate fabrics.
Ability to manage household inventory and supplies.
Familiarity with running errands and handling package logistics.
Comfortable with pet care responsibilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Discretion and trustworthiness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a household team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a formal household or with high-net-worth individuals.
Basic knowledge of wardrobe management and garment care.
Familiarity with specific high-end cleaning products and techniques.

Responsibilities

Daily cleaning and upkeep of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.
Deep cleaning on a rotating schedule (baseboards, windows, fixtures, appliances).
Care of fine surfaces and finishes (stone, hardwood, specialty fixtures).
Keeping closets, pantries, and storage areas organized and maintained to established systems.
Changing linens, making beds, and maintaining guest rooms.
Washing, drying, ironing, and steaming of family clothing and household linens.
Proper care of delicate and fine fabrics, including hand-washing where needed.
Coordinating dry cleaning drop-off and pickup.
Seasonal wardrobe rotation and organized closet upkeep.
Grocery shopping and household supply runs; keeping inventory stocked.
Package handling, returns, and post office/UPS errands.
Being present for scheduled deliveries, vendors, and service appointments as needed.
Light meal support such as unloading groceries and keeping the kitchen guest-ready.
Feeding the family dog and refreshing water daily.
Transporting the dog to and from grooming appointments.
Occasional walks or letting the dog out during the day.
