About The Position

As a Housekeeper at Westgate Resorts, you will clean rooms and inspect halls in commercial establishments such as Hotels and Timeshare and restaurants. You will demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members. Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms. Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required. Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines. Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks. Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction. Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team. Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree GED.
The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Follow instructions without close supervision.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
