Oak Leaf Manor South is a personal care facility located in Millersville, PA. We pride ourselves in care, compassion, dignity, and safety of our residents and employees. Requirements
- Must be flexible to work up to a every other weekend and every other holiday
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in housekeeping in a senior living facility preferred
Responsibilities
- Be ethical, respectful, responsive, reliable, authentic, innovative and empathetic.
- Follow cleaning schedule established by the Director of Housekeeping for that day.
- Clean assigned areas, furnishings, fixtures, movable and stationary furniture.
- Empty trash bins and clean bathroom showers, sinks, toilets.
- Vacuuming carpets in rooms, common areas, and hallways.
- Disinfect floors, walls, bathrooms; Wash windows and furniture.
- Replenish bathroom supplies and toiletries for residents.
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces such as baseboards, stairways, elevators, entrances and exits.
- Reporting supply and equipment needs to the Housekeeping Director.
- Stripping beds and reapplying residents sheets to bed
- Laundry for the bed sheets and residents clothes.
- Observations of residents and report of changes in level of care or behavior to the CMT on that floor.
