About The Position
Join Pilgrim Place, a welcoming senior living community in Claremont, CA, where respect, kindness, and teamwork guide all that we do. We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
Requirements
- Experience in basic cleaning methods required.
- Ability to work one-on-one with seniors using patience and tact.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
- Strong confidentiality, sound judgment, and reliable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains resident rooms, bathrooms, kitchenettes, and common areas.
- Dusts, polishes furniture, and vacuums rooms, halls, lounges, and dining areas.
- Washes inside windows and keeps facilities clean and organized.
- Assists with guest rooms, trash removal, and laundry or housekeeping transfers as needed.
- Follows safety practices, attends meetings, and completes other assigned duties.
