About The Position
West View Healthy Living is a Christian based, non-profit, continuing care senior community. Their mission is to provide high-quality care within a family atmosphere, guided by Christian values, moral integrity, and respect for the individual diversity of those they serve. The organization is currently seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-time housekeepers to join their team. In this role, the housekeeper will perform a variety of duties to maintain clean and sanitized conditions throughout the campus. The ideal candidate should pay attention to detail, possess great customer service skills, be punctual, thorough yet fast, and eager to learn. While experience is a plus, it is not necessary, as new hires will be paired with an experienced housekeeper for training.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to work every other weekend and three or four holidays per year

Responsibilities
- Cleaning resident’s rooms, common areas, public restrooms, nurse’s stations, dining rooms, and offices
- Dispose of trash from bins and containers
- Scrub sinks, basins, bathtubs, showers, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
- Perform general sweeping, scrubbing and mopping of laminate and tiled floors
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, auto scrubbers and carpet cleaners
