About The Position

Beztak & All Seasons Senior Living is seeking to hire a Housekeeper to join their team. This position is responsible for cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas, ensuring a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community. The role also involves assisting with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction, such as laundry or other assigned tasks, and ensuring the proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community. The Housekeeper must be able to identify and correct or report safety hazards and report supply and equipment needs to their supervisor before replenishing.

Requirements

• One-year experience in the professional cleaning industry
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to identify issues before they occur

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community
• Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction; such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned
• Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community
• Must be able to identify and then either correct or report safety hazards
• Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing
