The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and sanitation throughout the community while including the resident in the care of their home. This role ensures that all assigned areas, including resident rooms, common areas, and service areas, are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard, creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents, guests, and employee care partners. By fostering relationships and honoring each resident’s preferences, the Housekeeper helps create a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like home.
